All sales are final

Purchases are made in person at the register — there is no online checkout. Each unit is sold as-is, in the condition grade shown on its product page with its photos, and you are welcome to inspect it on the floor before you buy. We don't offer returns or exchanges, so please check the unit, measure your opening, and ask us anything before you pay.

If a unit has a problem after purchase, contact us first — we'll help you through the manufacturer's warranty below.

1-year manufacturer warranty

Every appliance we sell is covered by the manufacturer's 1-year warranty against defects. Register it with the unit's DA number on our warranty registration page — it takes under a minute — and keep your receipt.

Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer through its own service network and covers how the appliance works, not the cosmetic marks it was graded and priced for. To make a claim, contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us and we'll point you to the right place.

Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Nassau and Suffolk County, NY — on our own truck with our own crew, or through a delivery contractor we book for you. It is arranged and priced at the register when you buy; the fee depends on the address and the job, so ask for a quote before you pay. Units at our Holbrook store are eligible for delivery; units on a partner store's floor are in-store pickup only.

Delivery does not include haul-away of your old appliance, installation, or hookup. Please have the old unit out of the way and the path clear before we arrive, and let us know about stairs, narrow doorways, or a gate code ahead of time so the crew comes prepared.

Pickup at our Holbrook store is free, during store hours or by appointment — see store hours and directions. Bring a vehicle the appliance fits in and we'll help you load it.

Holding a unit

Units at our Holbrook store can be reserved with a short card hold: a temporary authorization on your card that is never charged and releases automatically when the hold ends. The amount and how long it lasts are shown before you place it. A hold reserves that exact unit for you to come inspect and buy in person; the purchase itself is paid at the register.

A held unit stays on the floor. If a walk-in customer wants it, we contact you first; if you pass or we can't reach you, the unit is released. You can cancel a hold at any time from the link in your confirmation email.

Prices and MSRP

Every price on this site is for one specific unit and is what you pay at the register, plus New York sales tax. Prices can change until a unit is sold, and a unit is only yours once it is paid for or on hold.

The crossed-out price next to ours is the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for that model — what the same model lists for new. It is not a price we have charged. Savings percentages are calculated against MSRP.
